FAQ
Frequently asked questions about TrustRouter.
Do I need contracts with providers?
No. You can use TrustRouter's pooled routes immediately. If you want to use your own provider relationships (BYO), you bring those credentials.
What happens if a provider goes down?
TrustRouter automatically fails over to the next route in your failover chain. You can configure failover behavior per channel and destination.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. TrustRouter provides sandbox environments and test numbers. You can also run small-volume tests in production with real routes.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on channel, destination, and provider. You can see indicative prices in the console before sending. BYO routes use your own provider rates.
Is there an SLA?
Yes. Enterprise plans include SLAs for platform uptime and support response times. Contact sales for details.
Can I use TrustRouter for OTP/2FA?
Yes. TrustRouter is optimized for transactional messaging including OTP. Use low-latency routes and SMS/RCS failover for best results.
What regions are supported?
TrustRouter supports global messaging. Coverage varies by channel and provider. Check the console for specific destination availability.
How do I get support?
Email support@trustrouter.ai or use the in-console chat. Enterprise plans include dedicated support channels and SLAs.
