Welcome to TrustRouter.ai. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Service" — the TrustRouter.ai platform, APIs, and related services.
- "Provider" — a third-party messaging operator (SMS aggregator, CPaaS, etc.) integrated into TrustRouter.
- "User," "you" — any individual or entity accessing the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Use of Service
4.1. Permitted Use
You may use TrustRouter to route business messages through supported providers in accordance with applicable laws and Provider policies.
4.2. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Transmit spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
- Send content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Engage in traffic pumping, artificially inflated traffic (AIT), or similar abuse.
- Bypass Provider restrictions or interfere with the Service.
5. Pricing and Billing
5.1. Transparent Pricing
TrustRouter charges a service fee displayed separately from Provider costs. Provider rates are passed through at cost—no markup.
5.2. Payment
You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account. Invoices are due per our billing schedule. Overdue amounts may incur interest.
5.3. Disputes
Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days. After review, adjustments may be credited or recharged.
6. Provider Pass-Through
Messages sent through our Service are ultimately delivered by third-party Providers. We do not guarantee Provider uptime or delivery. However, we implement routing redundancy, failover mechanisms, and real-time quality scoring to maximize reliability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with TrustRouter are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without permission.
8. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.
- Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due, and certain data may be retained as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustRouter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustRouter and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City, Country].
13. Changes to Terms
