Transparent pricing

We do not mark up message rates. We charge a clear service fee for the routing and trust layer, separated from provider costs.

Pricing FAQ

How are messages billed?

Usage is billed based on tracked message events per channel and destination. Provider costs remain provider costs. TrustRouter adds a separate 4% service fee for routing, observability, and protection.

Do you mark up provider pricing?

No. Provider price stays provider price. TrustRouter monetizes only through the transparent service fee.

Can I bring my own contracts (BYO)?

Yes. Connect existing providers with your negotiated rates and route through the same API and control plane.

Is fraud protection extra?

No. Suspicious traffic detection and protective blocking are included by default.

Are taxes included?

Displayed fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required, taxes may appear on invoices.

Do you enforce rate limits?

Yes. The sandbox is strictly limited. Paid plans have higher limits, and enterprise can use dedicated limits.

Can I separate dev, staging, and production?

Yes. Use separate API keys and routing policies per environment.

Does routing affect latency and delivery?

Yes. Different providers and routes behave differently by country and operator. TrustRouter helps you select, enforce, and observe routing decisions.

What happens if provider pricing changes?

Provider prices can change; your costs reflect provider updates. TrustRouter continues to itemize the service fee separately.
