Overview
TrustRouter is the no-markup routing layer for business messaging. We route SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, and RCS across hubs and MNO connections while keeping provider pricing unchanged.
Your provider rate stays the provider rate. TrustRouter charges a separate, explicit 4% service fee for routing, observability, and protection.
Why TrustRouter exists
TrustRouter exists because the messaging market suffers from three recurring problems:
Opaque pricing and hidden spreads
"Direct" routes are frequently sold without verifiable evidence and may be substituted with lower-quality paths. TrustRouter separates routing control from pricing manipulation.
Unverifiable route behavior
Enterprises and hubs often cannot prove if traffic was routed as promised. TrustRouter provides route-level telemetry, normalized delivery signals, and traceable routing decisions.
Fraud and pumping costs
OTP and high-volume A2P messaging attracts abuse: fake account creation, retry storms, pumping, and traffic amplification. TrustRouter includes protection controls without "security add-ons."
What TrustRouter is
- A unified API for messaging delivery across providers and channels.
- A routing control plane supporting manual routing, policy routing, and AI routing.
- A trust layer with delivery signal normalization and protective blocking.
- A billing layer that preserves provider pricing and adds a transparent service fee.
What TrustRouter is not
- Not a traditional hub that earns margin by marking up message prices.
- Not a CPaaS replacement for building omnichannel apps (although it can sit behind your CPaaS).
- Not a "black box router" that makes decisions you cannot audit.
Key outcomes
Transparency
Provider prices are visible and preserved.
Control
Choose providers, routes, or direct operator paths when required.
Protection
Reduce fraud cost and stop suspicious traffic amplification.
Performance
Policy routing and failover improve reliability and latency outcomes.
Planning
Simulate routing changes before pushing them to production.
TrustRouter MCP
TrustRouter MCP gives AI agents a structured control-plane interface for onboarding, diagnostics, and guided operations. It complements the REST API instead of replacing it.
- Guide onboarding for new provider or connection setups.
- Inspect health, queues, and recent connection events through an AI assistant.
- Run safe control-plane actions such as connection tests or short-lived traces.
